How It Works

Fast FX is a three simple step process for remitting money in a fast, secured and reliable manner after signing up as a new customer and they are:

1. Select Destination: choose the destination you want to remit to, select how the recipient would receive the money and the amount you want to remit. Fast FX fees and exchange rates are displayed.
2. Enter Receiver's Details:
1. For new customer, add recipient details (name, address, telephone number, email, bank account, etc.)
2. Existing Customer: select from list or add recipient details (name, address, telephone number, email, bank account, etc.)
3. Remittance: select payment method for the remittance and confirm amount. Notification will be sent via text & email to sender and receiver for the payment made.
